A new party in the State duma

The article examines the history of the New People Party in the context of the political system of the Russian Federation and its participation in municipal, regional and federal legislative elections. The paper presents a brief overview of the most relevant literature on this topic. The author chose the systematic method and the principle of historicism as the methodological basis of the study. The New People Party appeared on March 1, 2020, and in September of this year it already successfully participated in municipal and regional elections. The party adheres to the official liberal position and relies on an educated electorate of 18-30 years. Through legislative activity in the State Duma, it strives to help the development of entrepreneurship in Russia.
