New theatrics in the mediatization era

The central problem of this study, devoted to the media formats of postdrama performances, is the issue of theatrics transformation as a public practice, its transition to a personal practice of an individual based on the mechanisms of interactivity, performativity and immersion. The author evaluates the influence of the mediatization of the public and private life of a person on the formation of new theatrics, based not on cobeing and co-participation, but on coawareness of one’s Self .
