Criminological commentary to the Russian criminal law "about additional mechanisms of court activity directives to choose children to suicidal behavior"

This article is devoted to the analysis of the state of criminality associated with the involvement of minors in the microsocial groups of suicidal orientation in the global computer network Internet and the reaction of the Russian legislator to the "aggravation" of this problem. For this purpose, the laws of development of suicides in the territory of Russia have been studied recently, the root factors of such behavior have been identified on the basis of leading researchers in this field. As a result, an entry was made about the inaccuracy of the legislator's reaction to the hasty criminalization of a series of acts involving the involvement of minors in suicide.
