The presence of phenol carbonic acids (gallic, caffeic, chlorogenic); flavonoids (baicalin, rutin, quercetin, tsinarozid); phytosterol compounds (ß-sitosterol and oleanolic acid); simple phenols (salidroside) was detected in the resulting polyextract. The techniques of quantitative determination of flavonoids was developed based on baicalin standard.
