New in regulatory placement of linear objects

Analyzed changes in land legislation of the Federal Law of June 23, 2014 № 171-FZ and other federal laws, in terms of allocation of land plots owned by the state or municipal property, for placement of linear objects. In particular, the order of formation and of such sites, the determination of their legal status. The author concludes that the legislation concerning the placing of linear objects, requires further improvement, and make proposals to remove obstacles arising from the registration of rights to land plots for the placement of objects.
