Novosibirsk region: contribution to strengthening Russian-Azerbaijani relations

The article discusses current challenges and approaches related to the development of Russian-Azerbaijani relations. The analysis of the influence of the outstanding Soviet and Azerbaijani political and public figure Heydar Aliyev on them is carried out. Based on an interdisciplinary approach, the article talks about the importance of developing relationships at both the state and regional levels. One of the key foreign partners of the Novosibirsk Region in the Transcaucasian region is the Republic of Azerbaijan. The presented results are important for strengthening Russian-Azerbaijani relations.
