Innovations for improving customs administration in the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union

The article deals with measures to improve customs administration in the Russian Federation. Customs administration is carried out in cooperation between the customs service of the Russian Federation and the business community. In recent years, modern information technologies have been used, which allow foreign trade participants to carry out customs Declaration of goods in any customs authority. Introducing the administration for customs duties, taxes in an electronic form, which contributes to reduction of terms of granting and taking security, to reduce the amount of paperwork, as well as the prevention of violations of legislation in the use of financial guarantees.
