New banking technologies for clients and their development directions

Abstracts. The article is devoted to the study of modern banking technologies for individual clients. The focus is on key innovations such as super apps, biometric identification, and contactless payment solutions. The impact of these technologies on the customer experience and the banking industry as a whole is analyzed. The directions of their improvement are proposed, including cybersecurity, expansion of functionality and increasing the availability of services.
