New data about mafic mylonite from Ilmenogorsky miaskite massive (South Urals)

Ilmenogorsky miaskite massif, located in the southern segment of the regional shear zone, has a complicated structure and a long history of formation. This article presented original data about the structural-textural, mineralogical and geochemical features of mafic mylonite from the South-Eastern endocontact of the massif. A set of data shows a wide development of tectonometamorphic processes accompanied by metasomatic changes in the temperature range 500-650 °C and below. The rocks are void of the primary mineral paragenesis. The high concentrations of LREE and LILE are comparable to their concentrations in the rocks syenite-carbonatite association.
