New data on the chironomid fauna (Diptera, Chironomidae) of Tunisia

Collection of pupae and adults of Chironomidae was formed in northern Tunisia from 2003 to 2005. New for Tunisia species and form are listed: Glyptotendipes (Glyptotendipes) pallens (Meigen, 1804), Microten-dipes gr. pedellus, Polypedilum (Polypedilum) nubifer (Skuse, 1889), Psectrocladius s. str. sp. At the moment a list of of chironomids from Tunisia contains 72 species and forms from 47 genera and 5 subfamilies.
