New forms of employment in the labor market

The article is devoted to the analysis of the development processes of the Russian labor market in the context of the digitalization of the economy. It is noted that the introduction of digital technologies in all areas of human activity contributes to the emergence and spread of many new, alternative to traditional, forms of employment of the population. The necessity of reforming the existing labor legislation in accordance with the emerging new employment relations has been substantiated. The importance of creating at least three or four educational clusters on the territory of each federal district of the country, on the basis of higher educational institutions having the status of national research universities, has been determined, which will improve the quality of training for workers of different categories and ensure the graduation of specialists in accordance with the needs of regional labor markets.
