New and rare taxa of vascular plants for the flora of Belarus

Based on the results of research in recent years (mainly 2023-2024), we present 20 new plant species and hybrids for the flora of Belarus. Of these, 8 taxa native, 7 adventive, including hybrids between native and adventive species) and 5 are cultivated. Also indicated are more than 70 species and hybrids of rare plants, that have been identified in recent years during the floristic study of Belarus. For some of them, facts of naturalization were recorded for the first time in the country; some species were found near the boundaries of their area. If necessary, we provide comments for each species, that clarify the status of the species in the region, its frequency of occurrence and other parameters.
