The article discusses the features of new industrial countries in Latin America and Southeast Asia. The article deals with the main TNCs that have provided great economic growth in NIC. The paper presents the prospects of new industrial countries in General and in particular the prospect of increasing the influence of Indian TNCs on the world market. As a result, it is concluded that the prospects for NIS and their TNCs are favorable, which indicates their further development.
