New phenomena in solar-terrestrial physics have been discovered and investigated using developed ideology and ideology-based methods of SOHO/LASCO measurement data analysis, as well as data on solar wind parameter measurements onboard WIND, ACE, etc. The new phenomena comprise: 1) Ray streamer-belt structure remaining up to the Earth's orbit in the form of interleaved self-similar magnetic tubes with moving plasma (fractal structure); 2) Disturbed area in front of the coronal mass ejection (СМЕ). Physical nature of the ray streamer-belt structure is still unclear. At the same time, Gubchenko's linear and Milovanov and Zelenyi's non-linear theories, which consider different mechanisms, suppose a possibility of such structure's formation in principle. Therefore, new experimentally-obtained information will undoubtedly promote further development of theory and experiment in this direction.
