Design and development of an information system for beauty salon management

The article deals with the design and development of an information management system (IMS) for a beauty salon. The relevance of automating the salon's activities is substantiated, and the key business processes subject to automation are identified. An IMS architecture is proposed, including functional modules for managing customers, personnel, services, warehouse, finance, and reporting. The stages of system development, the choice of technological platform, and the tools used are described. The results of the IMS implementation in a real beauty salon are presented, demonstrating increased efficiency and improved customer service quality.
