New approaches to complex use of fruits and shoots of bilberry ordinary

During research new approaches to complex use of fruits and shoots of bilberry ordinary were proved. Expediency of using the fresh fruits of bilberry ordinary as raw materials for receiving medicines along with the applied in Russia in official medicine air dried fruits and bilberry shoots is shown. During research a juice from fruits of bilberry is received and ways of receiving from it a syrup and tablets are developed. From the press of fruits which remained after an extraction of juice and has been dried up at 40-45, the liquid extract which is also containing a significant amount of active ingredients – anthocyanins (flavonoids subgroup) is received. Expediency of standardization not only fresh, but also bilberry air dried fruits, and also preparations on their basis according to the contents of anthocyanins as most vulnerable group of biologically active connections is proved. For standardization the bilberry shoots it was used a numerical indicator «the maintenance of the flavonoids sum not less than 0,6% in terms of routines» is proved.
