New approaches to regulatory heat energy tariffs

The article analyzes the peculiarities of legal regulation of tariffs for thermal energy (power). Relevance of the topic due to a change of legislation in the field of heating, including the establishment of two part tariffs for heat supply organizations to promote economic and technological optimization of the production, implementation of energy saving measures and energy efficiency.
