New approaches to project management in the context of structural changes in the economy

The article is devoted to the problem of effective project management in a rapidly changing structure of the economic environment. New approaches and strategies are being considered that will help to cope with the challenges associated with structural and technological changes in the economy. The article highlights three key aspects: the use of flexible project management methods such as Scrum or Kanban; risk analysis and foresight of possible negative consequences using Monte Carlo and sensitivity methods; innovative technologies that reduce project execution time and improve its quality, providing more efficient organization of work processes, team coordination and control over completing tasks. The authors of the article show the need to update approaches to project management in modern organizations and enterprises of the country, which will make it possible to achieve success in their implementation in a dynamic business environment.
