New regulatory technologies and other harbingers of the law of the future

The high dynamics of social relations in its various transformations in the modern world leaves its imprint on the formation of law. At the same time, the legal norms adopted do not always reflect the emerging (new) social relations. In addition, artificial intelligence, which is developing and reflected in law, as well as other new technologies require forecasting in the development of law. The purpose of the article is to give an overview of some of these forecasts, to identify the role and importance of new regulatory technologies, taking into account the various impulses of the development of law given by the pandemic. It is proved that the aggravated problems in the regulatory environment, thanks to new technologies and COVID-19, make adjustments to the legal profession and require regulatory regulation.
