New ways for prevention of the hip endoprosthetics intraoperative complications

New medical-and-technical developments for the hip endoprosthetics have been proposed based on the working experience of Kazan, Moscow, Vladivostock, Khabarovsk and Omsk specialized institutions. The techniques are presented for preventing intraoperative femoral fractures and biomechanical faults in the process of intervention. The plastic of the defects of acetabular floor and those of proximal femur is one of the authors' studying trends. Each technique has passed an evaluation test repeated many times with positive effects, that allows to recommend these techniques for general clinical use.
