This paper presents a fundamentally new manufacturing technology glass polymer composite materials with PTFE (Teflon) fillers, which can be used to solve problems within the jurisdiction of the EMERCOM of Russia. Technology of PTFE introduction in the fiberglass based on the use of woven glass filler impregnation with solutions of tetrafluoroethylene telomeres synthesized using radiation in different solvents. A number of properties of the obtained composite materials were investigated and the effectiveness of using different telomeres was evaluated. The directions of the practical implementation of the developed technology were proposed with respect to the clothing tailoring, production of special fabrics with physiologically inert and hydrophobic properties, manufacture of various equipment etc.
Goals and objectives of the emercom of Russia, glass polymer composites, telomeres, tetrafluoroethylene, radiation synthesis, hydrophobicity, physiological inertness, clothing, fabrics, equipment
