The article presents data on new locations of 32 protected vascular plant species. Of these, 5 species are listed in the Red Data Book of the Russian Federation, 23 in the Red Data Book of the Leningrad region, and 4 species in the Red Book of Saint Petersburg. The protected species Corydalis intermedia has been recorded for the first time within the boundaries of the Lomonosovsky district of the Leningrad region; the regionally endangered species Asplenium septentrionale was previously unknown in the mainland part of the Karelian Isthmus. Based on the obtained data, in order to preserve the complexes of rare and vulnerable vascular plant species, it is recommended to expedite the establishment of nature reserves "Kuznechnoye", "Motornoye-Zaostrovye", "Oyayarvi-Ilmenyoki", and "Reka Obla" in the Leningrad Region, as well as to plan a new protected area in the vicinity of Lake Treugolnoye.
