New trends in the study of the Russian language in the universities of China

The authors analyze the state of Russian language learning in modern Chinese universities on the example of the universities at Guangzhou and Shenzhen - the two most developed cities in Southeast China. Based on their own experience of pedagogical and organizational management activities, the authors identified some trends and problems in the field of Russian language teaching, and formulated some proposals aimed at improving the effectiveness of teaching Russian to Chinese students in China.
