The results of the hip total cement endoprosthetics using traditional techniques of bone bed preparation and new ultrasonic technologies were studied. A profound comparative analysis was made as for the quality of the cement mantle being obtained. According to the results of experimental and clinical studies the conclusion was made of the advantage of new ultrasonic technologies for cement grouting. It was established that high quality of the cement mantle in ultrasonic use was caused by cement penetration into bone pores. This in its turn creates the conditions for more positive prosthetic fixation in bone, reduces the risk of aseptic loosening, makes patients' early activation possible.
