New conditions, old strategy

The article is devoted to the analysis of restrictions on Russians and Russian companies after the start of the special operation in Ukraine. Such new foreign economic conditions as restriction of the right of the Russian Federation to dispose of foreign exchange reserves denominated in the currencies of "unfriendly countries"; restriction of the right of residents and non-residents of the Russian Federation to mutual settlements in the currencies of "unfriendly countries" related to the movement of capital and other conditions are highlighted. The article analyzes the changed traditional functions of money in the new economic realities. A new variant of the economic interaction of the Russian Federation with "unfriendly countries" is proposed.
