New variants of surgical treatment of dysplastic coxarthrosis in adult patients

The tactics of dysplastic coxarthrosis treatment was evaluated in 80 patients (96 joints). The authors proposed different variants of the pelvic component correction and total endoprosthetics of the hip depending on biomechanical orientation of the joint elements. The authors recommend wider use of the treatment tactics proposed on the basis of treatment positive outcome in 93% of patients within the follow-up of 1 - 8,0 years.
