New lichen species of the Ivanovo region

As a result of field studies in 2014-2023, 14 lichen species new to the region were identified in protected areas of different districts of Ivanovo Region. Exact locations for one species ( Bryoria vrangiana (Gyeln.) Brodo et D. Hawksw) are indicated for the first time. Five lichen species ( Bryoria furcellata , Cladonia rangiformis , C. sulphurina , Peltigera neckeri , Stereocaulon tomentosum ) are recommended for protection in Ivanovo region.
