New possibilities of modern 3G and 4G radio networks, at usage of alternative methods of multimedia information compression

The author considers alternative methods of a multimedia information compression. Comparative analysis of already existing codecs and algorithms is carried out in comparison with offered by the author. Algorithms of compression and information restoration in modern radio networks are offered. And problem of lacks of existing algorithms of a multimedia information compression is considered by the author as well.
