New format of the Kazakh language when switching to the Latin alphabet

Translation of the Kazakh alphabet from Cyrillic to Latin script. Measures of gradual transition of the alphabet of the Kazakh language to the Latin script. A new alphabet of the Kazakh language, based on the Latin script, is presented. A number of information technology projects are described.
