During research the new method of correction the complications of chemotherapeutic treatment at patients with not small-celled lung cancer of III-IV stage, representing the combined application of platinum-containing schemes of chemotherapy against sessions of hyperbaric oxygenation is developed. This method allows to reduce the frequency of hematologic toxicity, to keep an effective dose mode of cytostatic drugs.
