A new method for treatment of feet plano-valgus deformity in children

High priority of the problem of treatment of patients with foot plano-valgus deformities is caused by high incidence of the disease, low level of going into many aspects of the question, severity of the pathological symptom-complex, treatment difficulties and high incidence of the deformity recurrences. The work is based on the experience of treating 100 patients (196 feet) in children of early age. All the patients had marked deformity signs of different degree. The traction method of treatment used by us has allowed to obtain positive results of treatment: good - in 92,7% of patients, fair - in 7,3% of patients.
