The article reveals a new approach of past-operational period and a rehabilitation of patients of senior age after an artificial aortic valve implantation. The basement of research is a clinical experience of staff of FSBI "3 Central Vishnevsky Military Hospital. Article’s actuality is based on a high-risk factor of senior patients as well as speciality of their past-operational period in order of which a life quality of patients could become lower. Tries to shorten a past-operational period and a period of rehabilitation are going on since a period of foundation of Cardiotransplantology. At the moment European Medicine considers a life quality is more important factor than even 5 years survive rate.
