A new approach to the execution of the state social obligations in Ukraine during 2015-2016 years of reforms

The article describes the causes of changes in social obligations of the state to the people of Ukraine changes to existing national standards, including in the appointment of subsidies Ukrainian citizens as a form of social protection of the population in the light of the new political, economic and social reforms. As well as the prospects for social change related to decentralization of power and some of the features of the tariff policy, due to European views on the economy of natural resources and energy conservation.
