The new customs code of the EAEU as an effective instrument of state regulation of foreign trade

The article presents the analysis of the draft customs code of the EAEU. The analysis of the differences from the previously existing, and describes the positive and negative sides of the new document. Attempt of the forecast of development of relations in the framework of the EAEU for the individual member countries. The EAEU customs Code establishes the priority of the information technology of electronic Declaration, it aims at the widespread use of electronic technology in all matters relating to document management. The whole complex of measures laid out in the new code, intended to customs controls and risk management have become more flexible, that is, reducing the time of customs formalities and the simplification and creation of comfortable conditions of passage of customs formally the possibilities of respectable traders.
