New outlook on the question of classification of easements in the Russian civil legislation

The article reviews the existing classification of easements and the classification offered by the Concept of Change and the Project of Changes of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation developed on its basis. The special attention is paid to melioration easement. The insufficient study of the theses regulating municipal easement is emphasized. Many regulations on easements haven’t been settled in the course of global reforming of the legislation.
