Some aspects of the study of groundwater and surface water in regions in nosogeographic studies

This article describes the history of nosogeographic research, the nosogeographic conditions of the regions and the peculiarities and problems of public health, as well as the peculiarities of the study of such research in foreign countries and Uzbekistan. Emphasis is placed on the formation and development of disciplines such as medical geography, nosogeography, medical landscape, cartography. It was noted that the unfit for human consumption of drinking water, high salinity of soils, in turn, is likely to cause various diseases.
