Moral and professional principles of social work

The activity of a social worker is complex, creative, and therefore unexpected, due to the characteristics of the client and the specifics of his situation. Since the activity is carried out not only in formal but also informal situations, the social worker must respect the interests of his profession, his colleagues, the client and his social environment, as well as his own interest, he must be guided by the ethical principles included in the professional and ethical system. This will be discussed in this article, various codes, documents relating to the ethics of the social worker will be considered.
