On the activities of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation for the protection of intellectual property rights of the Customs Union

The author considers the protection of intellectual property rights by customs authorities in the Customs Union, including the mechanisms of intellectual property rights in the common customs registry of intellectual property, suspending release of goods containing objects of intellectual property are not included in the customs register of intellectual property rights (powers ex officio.) Results in the actual data on the practical results of the Federal Customs Service regarding the protection of intellectual property rights.
