On the acceptance of the application of deception, as a psychological reception at the interpretation

The article considers the problem of the admissibility of the use of fraud, as a psychological technique used by the investigator during interrogation. The assessments of domestic experts and some aspects of world practice are analyzed. The author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to establish and fix at the legislative level restrictions on the use of fraud by the investigator during interrogation.
