On the philosophical essence of right development

The paper considers right from the historical and philosophical point of view. The ideas of famous ancient philosophers such as Plato, Aristotle, Cicero and Russian jurists-thinkers Kistyakovsky and Solov'yov have been analyzed by the author. The development of right from the ancient time (primitive system of agreement and liability of the contending parties) till modern international right considering a man as a world citizen has been observed.
