The formation of cultural policy in modern environment

The process of washing out national cultural traditions, the decline in the level of culture of the younger generations is provoked by the cultural situation in big cities and megalopolises of Russia. Due to a number of circumstances, cultural workers today are not able to maintain the centuries-old traditions and values of culture and art, to ensure the progressive development of cultural processes. Without new scientific concepts, methods and practical programs, it is impossible to achieve a change in the situation for the better.
