On the formation of a promising model of the governmental economic policy of countries with emerging markets in the field of setting up and development of integration associations: institutional direction

The theoretical and methodological issues of the regional economic integration policy and integration cooperation of the countries with emerging markets are very important for the determination of the current status of the international economy. Countries with emerging markets are characterized by independent economic policies and are aimed at deepening mutually beneficial ties in various sectors of the economy. The article shows the relevance of defining a promising model of the governmental integration economic policy of the countries with emerging markets and the directions of its setting up. Using the example of the proto-integration association as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), of which China and Russia are members, the author has identified the institutional direction of the setting up a promising model of the governmental integration economic policy of the SCO member states. The author has characterized the formal and informal integration institutions, the creation and development of which is the content of the institutional direction. Article proposes a number of indicators reflecting the formal institutionalization of economic integration the policies of the SCO member states. The scientific novelty consists in defining a productive, as a promising model of the governmental economic policy of creating an integration association based on the transformation of the SCO and the institutional direction of its setting up and the development of indicators characterizing of the formal institutions of integration.
