On the formation of social capital

The article identifies three types of formation of social capital: spontaneous, induced (consciously constructed), spontaneously induced. According to the author, social capital is created on the basis of proliferation (reproduction) of the network component of human potential. We have defined it as a system of needs, abilities and readiness of social actors to form, develop and maintain social ties between them. It is on the basis of the creation and implementation of such systems social capital is formed.
