The results of excavations conducted in 1982-1988 are published. The Neolithic - Chalcolithic cemetery Repishche (Novgorod Region, Borovichi district) is situated within the territory of the stratified settlement of the same name. Totally 204 burials have been excavated. The majority of burials were deposited in grave pits, all but one strewn with ochre. Grave goods included amber decorations and flint artefacts. Stratigraphically 8 chronological groups of burials are singled out. Planigraphically 27 groups are distinguished, burials arranged in lines, or at an angle to one another. Distances separating burials suggest that they were performed at the same time, or after a short break.
