On legal and technical designs of sanctions of constitutional liability

Constitutional sanctions are one of the means to ensure legality and order, as well as to encourage lawful behavior, which determines the relevance of this issue. The article examines the types of constitutional sanctions in delineation with other measures to protect law, analyzes their designs and the basis for their application. It is substantiated that sanctions of negative constitutional liability are non-alternative and absolutely defined, which is conditioned by both the special legal nature of constitutional offenses and by constitutional liability. A distinctive feature of constitutional sanctions is their complicated order of implementation.
