About classification of contracts (agreements) in Russian family law

The subject of the research is contracts (agreements) used in regulating family relations in the Russian Federation. The article focuses mainly on two problems. First, on a terminological dispute related to what is considered contracts, agreements and consent in family law. Secondly, the analysis of the legal nature of contracts in family law. The research methodology consists of General scientific methods of scientific knowledge (analysis and synthesis) and private scientific methods (comparative legal, formal logical). The article analyzes the norms of family law.
