On a comprehensive and integrated approach to creating integrated management systems based on information technologies

The article considers the features of the integration of functional systems related to the justification of the completeness and sufficiency of the integrated management system as the basis of the organizational system. As necessary and sufficient conditions, the formation of the basis of an integrated system is applied that is complex in terms of the nomenclature of functional systems and complete in their structure and composition. A process representation of an integrated management system is proposed, reflecting the interaction of its elements with each other.
