Concerning the conceptions of the legal norms effectiveness in the Russian science and their social aspects

The article analyses current conceptions of efficiency existing in the Russian science and their social aspects. The effectiveness of law and its norms is a multifaceted phenomenon involving a number of social characteristics. The authors believe that the Russian science pays not enough attention to the social aspects of the effectiveness category.
