About the correlation of blood functional condition and indicators of the system of peroxide oxidation of lipids in patients with community-acquired pneumonia

The article presents the results of the study of functional condition of cells and system of peroxide oxidation of lipids in 57 patients with community-acquired pneumonia. It was found that the increase of energy taxis leukocytes directly correlated with the content of the blood of malondialdehyde, catalase, glutationreductase in the acute period and in the early period of convalescence. The signs of oxidative stress is seen predominantly in patients with severe course of the disease.
