Necessity of circumstance excluding criminal responsibility

In the article, the author examines the extreme necessity as a circumstance precluding the criminality of an act by the Criminal Code in relation to other circumstances set forth in the criminal law, and considers in details the issues of criminal liability in the excesses of the limite of extreme necessity. Some questions relating to criminal proceedings in respect of the studied factors are cousidered.
